Smokin Hot Chicks Bbq

Fell in love with their BBQ from their food truck!... ate at the new restaurant twice this weekend. Ribs, pulled pork and brisket were all first rate. The beef sausage was great as well (and spicy, as I like it). Cornbread was the best I've ever had (light, not dense). And you have to get the mashed potatoes and pour the cajun corn on top!... oh, and the old fashioned was perfectly made... Will bring my employees here for a Draft Sharks night out. So good!!

Came to check on this new location with the family. We were in love from the very beginning. Shannon the owner came to greet us and she was fantastic! The food was delicious. Corn was a little spicy but still very good! I highly recommend the brisket. We had a very pleasant server who was unfortunately leaving so she traded us off to a guy server. This is the only negative part of this experience. This gentleman needed more training and I’ll leave it at that. The ambiance, greet at the door, food quality, and the first part of the service was exceptional! They have a line with the bbq set up where you pick what you would like cafeteria style. Full service bar, big screen TVs, and a very friendly staff (except for that one bad apple). We highly recommend that you come check this new spot out! The owner Shannon is on to something great and we’re sure the bad seeds will be weeded out soon.

We went to Smokin Hot Chicks BBQ on their second night being open. The line to get our food was long, there was no urgency from the staff, food was cold and they ran out of almost everything. It was extremely unorganized. On the bright side the pork and ribs were good. I hope to see this place succeed. They have a great concept. We will give SHC another chance in the summer when they get the kinks worked out. If I have any recommendations, leadership needs to step up to take charge of the food line and make sure food is hot and ready.

Gosh where to begin? Beautiful establishment, inside and out. So unique. I love how the owner pushes the staff to explain the line and really experience the line. I love that they support their fellow local fairport business as well. My favorite thing was that it was set up with picnic like tables, like you're having a BBQ in your backyard, with the buffet style line just like you're party at home. The food was absolutely delicious. I was hoping for pulled chicken, but the staff let me know that they ran out due to how busy it's been. So I got the smoked turkey instead. I've never tasted turkey so flavorful. My son loved it so much too we went up for more. My husband said his brisket and ribs were very flavorful too. The corn really has a kick to it! The owner Shannon even stopped by our table to meet us, so warm and welcoming and down to earth. Most of the staff was so so so kind and upbeat, and just loved their job, which is really nice to see during this pandemic. I know the others will get weeded out eventually. Only suggestion is more high chairs. The benched are tough for little ones. We were told there's live bands as well. If you're looking for a higher end BBQ taste this is definitely the place for you!

We had dinner - brisket & pork ribs with Mac n cheese & cole slaw. Interior is new and very nice. Bar prices very reasonable - food very small portions 2 small ribs 2 very small slices of brisket - best food item cornbread! Mac cheese served cold and average. Cole slaw not cut well and dry not good! Brisket just ok ribs ? Overall disappointing for price and food quality . Would like the restaurant to succeed but not with current food portions and quality! BBQ sauce very good.Service very good — just need to step up portion size and food quality!
