The guys at North Coast Service Center go above and beyond! I took my car in to get my wheel bearing replaced on my Subaru Forester. Jamie discovered one of my rear coil springs had snapped. Before even telling me, they went ahead and called Subaru and found out that the springs were under a safety recall and that they would replace them for free. North Coast could have just suggested repairing it themselves without even suspecting a recall or checking with Subaru, but they went the extra mile to look further into the issue and saved me a good amount of money. That is what you call honest, intelligent and thorough service that inspires trust. Thank you, Jamie and North Coast! You guys are top notch!

The rumors are all true: a Service Center that is honest friendly and affordable with zero BS. They went way beyond my expectations when I brought my Audi A4 in for service. They explained what was needed and gave me options. Truly a knowledgeable and professional team. Communication was excellent. My car drives perfectly now. Highly recommended. Thank you!!!

Excellent shop! My A/C didn’t work and a different shop wanted to charge $$$’s to replace the compressor. North Coast did a more thorough check and found it was a different and less expensive repair. Saved me money, plus got me in within 24 hours. Very honest and clear about what needs to be fixed and provides options to fit a repair budget. They are now my go-to shop!

I had my vehicle serviced there and they exceeded my expectations. They did an excellent job in an extremely timely fashion and at a fair price. I had an appointment at 3:00. They took my keys at exactly 3:00 as they promised. Not only did they repair my vehicle they went beyond to do some little extras that made them stand out. These things I did not mention to them but they did it anyways.nnI usually don't write reviews because I have extremely high standards which are often hard to meet or unrealistic, but these guys are worth the effort as I am extremely pleased. They have earned my business as they will be working on all my vehicles from here on out. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to my family and friends. Just a class act and in this business that's hard to find.

North Coast knows their way around cars. All of my vehicle maintenance is done by them. Always top quality work. Ethical and professional; I know when they work on my car I am not being jerked around, or pushed towards work I don't really need. It's nice to have a trustworthy place to take my car to for repairs. Love these guys!
