Firestone Complete Auto Care

Over been coming to firestone for tires and alignments for almost 20 years. About 3 years ago I moved and this became the most convenient location.nnI've been in 3 times and every time for an alignment and each time they tell me some reason they can't do it with a 1.5k fix. I leave go to a different location and they do the alignment.nnMost recently I was in to have tires mounted and balanced and they reduced 2 valve stems (you can tell because new ones are shiny). They also didn't put and caps on the valve stems.nnTires were in my trunk and for some reason they remove my child seat and adjusted the rear bench seat and didn't put it back.nnI won't return to this location i don't trust their work.nnI went to pick up the valve stem caps and I waited 5 min watch two guys sit in garage before I took a video of them BSing... 3 min later someone came out.

Had a battery replaced. Great experience.

Made an appointment for 3 pm Saturday.nSimple winter rims swap.nThey didn’t do it by closing.

Poor customer servicenNice to your face, but will screw up your vehicle and cover it up.nOverpriced and they do not take any responsibility for their mistakes, and management is horrible. For the labor hour, take your vehicle to the dealer, it will end up there afterwards anyways to repair the mistakes.nnAll they needed to do was say just bring your car down to us and I'll get 2 guys on it immediately and I would have considered it.nnInstead they ask to leave my vehicle for the day again 2 days away.nnRoll the dice on what type of service you will get here...or what now works may end up broken and covered up... I would try someplace else and save your time, money and frustration. It's hard to find good shops, this is not one!nHope this helps
