The service providers (specifically the store manager, Sarah) at this Monro Muffler location are simply incredible. They make bringing in your car a pleasant experience. They are efficient, effective and trustworthy. I have never once had a bad experience and Sarah goes above and beyond to communicate any issues, repair/maintenance options and reasonable recommendations for your car. If you're looking for a place to take your car, I cannot recommend this location highly enough!

The staff at Monro Auto Service center were awesome. They gave me the straight up information and advice on the repair needed for my son's car. The car has high miles and the repair was costly. They weighed the pros and cons along with offering less expensive ways to repair the issue. We ultimately decided to go with the replacement of the part. Very pleased with the service and employees.

I wanted to get my wheel checked to make sure it was safe and the guy said not if another shop may be responsible. Literally just tell me yes or no on a lift instead told me to call a tow truck and have it brought somewhere else. I was nervous that my wheel was going to fall out and I lived an hour away from here. It takes ten mins wasn't looking to hold Monro responsible at all just wanted to see if it was safe. Never ask them for anything cause they will just tell you to go somewhere else anyway.

My auto tech Rick was fabulous. Very knowledgeable and professional. He had my car fixed and out of the shop as promised. I will have my car serviced by him anytime and highly recommend him to my friends and family.
