Good boat tour ... only sad we couldn't climb Rock Island Lighthouse.

Wonderful experience being on the river, and listening to the stories about the river.

The tour guide had a great personality and was very informative.

Good Tour, but not for social distancing.nnThere were too many people to maintain 6 foot distance and mask wearing was not enforced. The captain wore his mask with nose exposed and as soon as we took off the tour guide removed his mask. I didn’t feel comfortable and as a result did not move from my seat the entire tour to get pictures or a better view on the deck. The tour part was good but I didn’t feel that they took proper safety measures. If you are concerned about maintaining social distance and mask wearing, then I suggest postponing your tour until another year.

My wife and I took two tours with Clayton Island Tours during our little minimoon that we had. It was during the pandemic (which is why it was a minimoon), so a lot of places closed early which was unfortunate, but were so happy we booked two tours with Clayton Island Tours. We took the Sunset and the Boldt castle tour and had a great time on both. We’ll definitely plan on coming back for future anniversaries and doing these tours again.
