The service was good but seemed to be rushed. It felt like they wanted to get people in and out quickly. The food was over priced for what we got. Everything was very bland including the ribeye and lobster which have a great natural flavor by themselves. Just a little bit of seasoning would have changed the dishes taste completely.

Worst meal we had by far between Clayton and Alexandria bay and we tried a lot of places between lunch and dinners. The sea scallops weren’t washed, so had a gritty texture, and were also rubbery. The calamari was chewy, and the burger was bland. The kids meal was fine for what it was. The only saving grace was the lobster roll, which was tasty. Also this was brought up to the waitress, was was lovely, but we still had for the privilege of paying for 2 appetizers which weren’t eaten and were given a scoop of ice cream in return. Overpriced below average food, stay away

Was in Clayton for a lovely day with family. We decided to stop at the Seaway Grille for lunch. What a delight to be waited on by Kareem! He made us 5 ladies feel special with his added attention to our 84 year old mother was a bonus. Lunch itself was delicious. I had the lobster roll and fresh chips. I will definitely return to the Seaway on my next visit to Clayton and I will be sure to request Kareem!

I feel like this restaurant is very underrated. During our stay at the hotel we dined here on a Tuesday evening. We were able to call ahead at about 4:30pm and get reservations for outdoor dining at 6:30pm without any issues. Sitting under the pergola offered great views. The service was great and the best we received in all of the Thousand Island area.nnThe miso salmon really hit it out of the park and was their best dish. The Chicken Parmesan and house salad were also quite appetizing.nnIf you’re staying here I think it’s definitely worth checking out.

Just ok and not up to par with the brand standards of the Harbor Hotel. We decided to try dinner during our stay. The service was top notch. Friendly server and very attentive without being disruptive. Food was not a good value. Bread basket was nice with variety of butters and olive tapenade. Lobster dip had one piece of lobster swimming in a cheese sauce. It didn’t taste like lobster at all. Not worth the price. Salmon and shrimp salads were very good. Lettuce was cold and fresh and salmon was cooked perfectly. My chicken dish was just ok. Breaded chicken was good but the linguine and sauce tasted like they were from a jar. The portabellas and spinach in the sauce didn’t blend well, almost like the portabellas were marinated. I ate most of it, but it was just ok. Overall underwhelming for the price we paid. You have an amazing cheese shop down the street. Some shaved parmigiano reggiano would’ve elevated all three dishes. Will be back to the hotel, but probably not the Seaway Grille.
