Di Prinzio's Kitchen

The owner was very rude. They have horrible management and do not understand customer service. One minute they don’t take reservations and then the next moment you can. We sat down and two people ate dinners while the other two ordered pizzas. The dinner entrees arrived, but pizzas never did. We waited over 30 minutes while the other tables around us that ordered after us received their pizza. We mentioned that perhaps for our extended wait we should receive a round of drinks. Sadly the management said no. We decided that after a 50 minute wait we left and paid for the food we had received. We spoke to the owner on the way out, she could have cared less. I will never go back to this establishment. Poor management and poor leadership skills.

Food was fair at best. Atmosphere was nice but the owner was not to friendly. She should take a class on how to treat customers. We almost did not eat there because we were so turned off. One person in our party heard her talking bad about us when they went to the bathroom. Won’t be going back to say the least.

The food was delicious! Everything tasted great and the service was awesome. Their carrot cake is quite possibly the best I've ever had (and I'm somewhat of a carrot cake connoisseur lol).

The food was good but the service was terrible. The hostess (which I think was also the owner) was very rude and would not work with a larger party to accommodate us seating all jn the same area. If it wasn't for her terrible additude I would go back.

Nicely decorated and beautiful views right on the water. Okay food and service.
