I really appreciated the no pressure sales approach. Throughout the whole process, from calling for info to visiting the dealership for a test drive, I never felt pressured to make a decision to buy. Also, I was able to purchase my Jeep for a price I was happy with without having to dicker. I am from VT and this was my first experience with purchasing a vehicle out of state, so besides getting a good price I was also very happy that the process was able to be completed without making numerous trips to NY.
