Their broad based knowledge of the Landlord Tenant and Real Estate Laws is and the best in NY State. With a friendly compassionate staff, you can rest assured you are in good hands. I can personally attest that their time and attention given to each case and how they always put their client first. I would not work with anyone else.

As a Landlord it is hard to keep track of all the laws and what your rights are. Mr. Friedman helped me with many different situations, offering advice and relief in some of the most stressful situations. He was also the most knowledgable attorney I spoke to in the field.
