Couldn’t go inside because you need to schedule an appointment but when I call the number they put me on hold and said the store didn’t answer, so thanks for the help ccb
I went to this bank today trying to get American Money exchanged for Canadian. I was told they had what I needed - but because I did not have an account there they could not help me. I will never have an account there. How hard would it have been to exchange $100.00 for Canadian? You will not attract new customers with that attitude. A neighboring bank, where I didn't have an account, made the exchange with no problem.
Friendly very cooperative tellers
If there were an option for less than 1 star I would give it. This bank is absolutely terrible. I did business with CCB for 10 years and was constantly disappointed. They do not care about your business. Go to a good bank like Citizen's.
