Brushland Eating House

My husband and I decided to try this restaurant on a whim. It's out of the way but worth the trip. Everyone is very nice and service is on point. The food is well seasoned. I had the pork schnitzel with red onion zucchini salad. It was tender and delicious. My husband had the ravioli with shredded leg of lamb. He said it was tasty but it was unevenly heated. That is the reason I gave 4 stars rather than 5.

My friends and I decided to dine here and we truly had an excellent meal. From the appetizers to the main course it was all well prepared and delicious. Our server was knowledgeable about all the specials, and was very kind and affable. The atmosphere was also really nice and cozy and welcoming. And on top of all this: decent prices as well. I Definitely will be back next time I’m in town.

With the exception of a strangely timed power outage (compensated for with strategically places candle light), this restaurant delivered quaint, local, organic eats. Simple, yet elegant, fare served by attentive staff who knew their menu well. Awesome beverage selection to accompany the seasonal menu. Highly recommend a visit, but be sure to make a reservation in advance, as they are often booked months ahead.

This was some of the best food I've had in a long time. And for the price? What a bargain!! We ate there two nights in a row. Great experience both times. Fun beer selection, the specials were incredible, service warm. Thank you!

Dandelion salad was super yummy. The hand rolled pasta was also delicious. All of the wine 5 stars.
