Melonie is amazing! She takes her time and always gives a great color/cut. I have medium length brunette hair and love a blunt cut to help my hair feel healthy and thicker. Highly recommend!! The salon is also really cute and clean!

I think I just got a stylist who was good with long hair and gave great advice on hair care ... but she was obviously overwhelmed doing a short, precision cut for me and should have referred me to another stylist.nnInstead, she kept complaining about my hair during the cut which isn't what you'd expect your new stylist to do. It felt horrible to hear that constant complaining. Yes, I have thick, wavy hair, but it looks gorgeous when it's cut well.nnWhen I got home and washed my hair, I realized just how bad it was. It had weird choppy layers that were impossible to style or hide and my blonde hair was somehow darker than when I came ... even though I paid for blonde highlights?!?!nnThis is the first time I've paid that much money and looked like I cut my own hair. She said she had no time slots available when I asked her nicely to fix it, and after a few weeks, I just gave up.nnLuckily, I found someone in Seattle to fix my hair, and she really knew what she was doing and was extraordinarily kind. I'm so grateful I found someone who can do precision work and takes their time to get it right. But it'll still be a few haircuts before all the hastily chopped layers from my bad haircut are truly gone.nnThe stylist I saw at Bace is clearly amazing when it comes to long styles and blowouts though, so I'd still suggest you go see them if that's what you're looking for!

The space is super cute, and they were very good at making sure distance was maintained and everything was safe. Taylor was awesome, lovely to talk to and my color turned out amazing! It's always so hard to find a new salon when you move and this one hit it out of the park!
