I had a horrible experience the lady came and braided my hair in my home I’m pregnant she sat on the couch and she had me sit on the floor even though I pointed out I had many chairs in my house she still had me sit on the floor she took forever it wasn’t until I told her again I’m pregnant and I can’t sit in the floor long because now my stomach was hurting did I get to sit in a chair . When she took a break and I looked at my hair I had strands of my hair sticking out the braid .i pointed it out and she told me she would fix it which she didn’t I had my own hair sticking out it looked horrible . She then said because my hair is permed that is why my hair is sticking out I have had my hair braided many places and never had I heard that excuse or had this experience. On top of that she left her trash sitting on my living room floor as if I’m the clean up crew . I immediately called her boss who told me she was horrified at my experience I showed pics and everything she refunded me half which wasn’t much because they overcharge you to begin with. She then offered to redo my hair herself for half the price to prove they can do better work . Me being nice accepted But she hasn’t kept her promise as the business owner. Do not do business with this lady 240 for box braids is a rip off anyway save your money

She did a HORRIBLE JOB ON MY BRAIDS . she had me waiting until 1pm to 1am she kept on leaving to go cut other people hair and eat and talk and do other kinds of crazy stuff. When she showed my hair I was very displeased. My braids were uneven, bulky and she didn’t do them properly. She didn’t even dip my braids in hot water !! Now I have to go and get my hair fixed. AGAIN
