Excellent prices and even better customer service in the parts dept. I did not do service but the waiting area was very nice. They blew every other dealership away BY FAR price wise. I have found a new dealer for all my parts. I have 3 dealers in close proximity to my house but I will gladly drive the 30 minutes to deal with Route 22 Toyota instead just based on the staff and the prices.

I had made an appointment to check what my car needed for maintenance. I waited for almost two hours without a word on my car went to inquire about it and someone said a lady Cristina called my name sent me to wait in her room she never showed up; she hadn’t been there in about 45 minutes and was gone awhile before that too. I was waiting the whole time in a chair right outside of her office so there’s no way she called my name and nobody ever followed up. She never came back, never “called” again before leaving or gave it someone else. I had to go track someone down again to see what was going on. The whole time waiting no one checked out my car and did the oil change needed, so I continued to wait for more than an hour. The service advisors I spoke to were not friendly nor helpful, didn’t apologize for the poor communication and lack of service.

I brought my vehicle to change a starter. When I purchased the starter right here at the dealership. I made a appointment with service department to bring my vehicle in for service the next day when the starter will be ready for pick up. They told me because I purchased the parts just need to PAID FOR THE LABOR, ITS 375.00+ TAX. So tow my vehicle in the same day for service next day. When going to pick up the vehicle, they want $ 955.36 for the service. They ripping people off. MANAGER Said they had to take a part of the ENGINE OFF, AND NEED MONEY TO PAY HIS EMPLOYEES, he can’t do nothing with the bill.

The waiting time is too much. I think 3 hours is a lot of time to wait for an oil change. This should be improved. It should take an hour at least.

Been going to this service center as I have to because of my car warranty, and never fails, long wait time, wrong time scheduled, service arguments over what’s covered, poor customer service. I’m sick of businesses treating customers poorly, what ever happened to making sure the customer is satisfied with there service. I’m gonna end up selling my Toyota
