Purchased a vehicle from here, 7 months ago. I'm still waiting for my title so I can register and inspect the vehicle. Pete stopped communicating with me weeks ago, so I filed with consumer affairs and I will alert NJDMV. I know dmv is a little backed up due to the pandemic, but not 7 months slow.nI've never written a bad review on Google. I prefer to not repeat my mistake and move on but others need to know about this place because life is too serious for this nonsense.

I loved my experience in this dealership Pete was excellent he gave me a offer that was reasonable and in my budget. This is the place to go to be if you want excellent customer service and NO hidden fees.

I loved my experience in this dealership, my family and I were treated like family. We went to purchase a 2012 x5M BMW. While there, there were no crazy hidden fees. Peter and his assistant are both very nice and made this experience pleasant. They told me everything TRUTHFULLY in advance about the vehicle, fees, payments...EVEYTHING! We were only there for two hours while all the paperwork was getting ready.This is the place to go if you want excellent customer service and no crazy hidden fees. You will be treated like family!

I contacted City Line Auto of Hillside on April 17 to inquire about a car and shipping options. Pete answered all my questions and made me an offer that I could not turn down. As the days went forward, Pete continued to follow up with me. As I was finishing up with the transaction. I was laid off from work. I now had to tell this man that bent over backwards for me and my family. Pete was more than understanding about my situation. After offering his apologies Pete welcomed me back when things get settled. I will buy a car from City Line Auto of Hillside because of the customer service that Pete gave me. This is why I feel that City Line Auto of Hillside deserves 5 stars. If you want great customer service and communication this is the place for you. Thanks Pete

I went to see Pete about a BMW X5 M. He and Bobby were extremely accommodating to my needs and giving me the perfect insurance plan and price I needed to walk away with the exact car price I needed and a smile from cheek to cheek. These guys are true professionals and take a lot of pride in what they do and the cars they sell. They’re extremely attentive to customers needs and wants. I would highly recommend everyone and ANYONE to come down to City Line Auto of Hillside for your next car or truck. Ask for Pete or Bobby.
