Route 22 Honda was more than I expected. Moving from NY to NJ is a total different environment. Having a car is definitely a necessity. Walked into Route 22 Honda on Labor day just to get an idea of what car we wanted and how we needed to prepare to get it. My husband and I had a pleasure to be able to speak with Ralph and his manager Ike. Ralph asked what model car we were interested in, I told him an EX Honda Accord and right away he took us for a spin. The car drove so smooth and Ralph took his time to explain important features about the car that i truly appreciated. When we got back to his office we were offered the very same car we drove and same color. We had no expectations of leaving with a car but Ralph made that happen. Thanks to Ralph and Ike for allowing our family to get around in our new neighborhood. Ralph was very professional, very caring, kind, and truly funny. Made us feel very comfortable through out the whole process. Thanks to Route 22 Honda for allowing us to be first time car owners. We love our car.

My experience with Raul was the absolute best! He made buying my car the easiest process ever, he knew just what I was looking for in a new car. Raul is also very knowledgeable when it came to explaining the differences of each model and trim! I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy a new car, because he is extremely patient and knew the answers to all my questions! Him speaking Spanish was also a plus! When making any major purchase the process can be extremely overwhelming; I’d had my mind set out on a particular car, and it was now time for me to make the next step in purchasing that exact car. I’d scheduled an appointment to test drive a few cars given that I was open to purchasing a few selections. I was introduced to Sandie who’d be my cars sales woman; Sandie was polite and listened to what I wanted and what I didn’t want. There was no pressure at all, and her main focus was putting me in the right car that’ll be both safe and affordable for me. After much deliberation after a week or so I’d finally purchased the car. I’d drove off the lot with a brand new 2020 accord. I’ve had the car for a little over a month and since then I’ve received the occasional check-in about my experience in the new vehicle. The purchase was well worth it ; the process was slightly overwhelming but rest assured if you know what you want then the process will be smooth sailing. I definitely recommend buying from Route 22 Honda as the staff has been well equipped to get you in the right car. A word of advice only purchase a car when you’re truly ready. Given my experience I hope that as time goes on the staff will remain the same way if any issues were to arise. Till then I definitely recommend Route 22 Honda for your next car purchase. Most importantly thank you Sandie and Ben for making the process of car buying easy for me.

I really enjoyed my time purchasing a new car @ Route 22 Honda. I felt so comfortable with everything and I definitely got a great deal.
