Idylease Inn

I enjoy driving by Idylease when I am in the area, it reminds me of visits to Dr. Zampella's office when I was a child. I now live in south Jersey, and I sometimes get homesick for the hills of Northwest NJ. Thank you for maintaining the memories. Place looks great!

This place has such history. It is amazing to see that it is being restored. A beautiful property.

If you’re looking to rent a room here go somewhere else! Owner charges 1200$ for very very small rooms to rent. You have to share a bathroom with multiple people in the house. The kitchen is probably the worst place in the house it’s messy and the owner Rich never takes the time to hire anyone to clean it or clean it himself. It’s not a rare sight to see rats running around in your room or the common areas of the house either. It’s likely that the house is gonna fall down soon just by looking at the outside structure there are multiple buildings around Idylease that have fallen, and the owner has been warned several times by the town to clean them up. Richard is the worst landlord to deal with, if you try to leave expect very angry letters to be written to you at your new residence when you leave and threats of law enforcement. Again do not rent from Rich at Idylease
