Although I haven't eaten here yet! Reading the reviews and the owner responds to all the nasty ones with an apology shows stand up character to me! Most my friends have ordered from here and rave about their inexpensive delicious platter options! I will definitely be stopping in soon for these! Do you deliver to 10304? No worries, if not! Next time I get to mall area I'll stop in! Thanks :-)

Order took over an hour and a half and not even sent. 20 minutes prior I called and the girl told me they're waiting for the driver to come back and they're very busy. Being busy is not my concern they're staffing issue is their concern. I then called to ensure my food was going to be fresh and hot. A lot of lies on when it was made when it was packed and when it would be sent. I will never order from them again and please don't reply with one of your thank you for helping us improve replies. Because a lot of comments are stating the food was cold. Being an avid Google reviewer I hope this gets out to a lot of people don't eat at barrios.

I ordered food for the holiday for the first time. I highly recommend Bario’s. The food was delicious and abundant. I will definitely be ordering from this business again even if it’s not close to my residence. Great Business.

Pizza is good, especially the Sicilian but the hero’s are awful. The reason is because they proudly told me they make their own bread. The bread is pizza dough which ends up being undercooked and gummy, especially if you have delivery. I stopped into tell them about my experience and was informed that nobody else complained. I expect a hero to be on a good quality loaf of Italian bread, but that costs more then forming pizza dough into a loaf. I will continue to order a pizza, but a hero? No never again!

I ordered the Easter catering package for 12-15 people. When the order arrived it was missing my chicken dish the salad the 2 dozen zeppolis and I only received 40 pieces of appetizers. I had to call 22 times before they picked up and when I told them what I was missing the girl argued that I was to only receive 48 apps in the package though the website clearly said 60 pieces. I also ordered for New Year’s Eve and was missing some of my order and couldn’t get through to the restaurant. So disappointed in the service. Thumbs down!!
