I was staying in the area for the weekend and wanted a couple of pre-made meals until I could get to the grocery store. I picked up the pork tenderloin and the minestrone. Since they were frozen, I didn't have high expectations. I was so wrong! Both dishes were incredible! Full of flavor and reheated well. I'm planning on picking up more on my way home. Delicious!
CJ's Evergreen General Store & Catering catered for a wedding I photographed and the food was SO GOOD!!! Catering an event isn't easy. Serving hot, delicious food to a party takes practice and skill and these guys EXCELLED! They were so helpful and attentive to the guests. 5/5 Recommend!
Amazing people, amazing artisan foods, conversation, and coffee. Nestled right next to a beautiful park on the water. This place has all the charms of that corner store just down the road from where you lived... Took me back to being a kid with a nice little selection of penny candies too! (A little more than a penny but the thought and fun remains the same! OH AND DON'T FORGET THE ICE CREAM!
Always a great Mercantile to swing by while visiting the park! Great sandwiches and delicious ice cream.
Some of the nicest people you will ever meet, the sandwiches are awesome, the ice cream is to die for, and this is the only place I've been able to find Faygo.
