Freshkills Fitness

My experience with this gym is wonderful. The evening classes are fun. Very happy to know this place.

I am a crossfit coach in Maryland and was visiting from out of town. I dropped into Freshkills. I recommend this gym without reservation. I was immediately impressed by the cleanliness and layout of the gym. It was not a huge space but a space utilized well. There was plenty of room for the workout without being hindered by others or equipment. The coach gave excellent direction for setting up equipment, which was real nice. The equipment was in great shape with some quality barbells. All around the coach was great. For WOD briefing, he gave excellent strategy suggestions and scaled options. The coach structured the warm up and kept everyone on task and prepped us for the wod. The members were friendly and encouraging. It is clear they care about moving well, having fun, and getting good work in. Freshkills will certainly be my drop in gym when visiting from out of town.

My home away from home. The camaraderie and family I have inherited by joining this CrossFit Box has changed my life. I cannot imagine never coming here again and I look forward to seeing my crossfit family every day. I've lost over 12 pounds in a month and my conditioning has improved drastically. The coaches are all subject matter experts who care greatly about training you to succeed. Come join the CFFK family!
