I had the best time EVER!!! I attended the Afrobeats class and the instructor was great!!! I really don’t like working out but his class was so much fun it didn’t feel like a workout. It was more like a night out on the town. I would definitely visit again and recommend you try it....you won’t be disappointed!
This is a great place to come if you want to let your hair down. Took the meditation class and left feeling relaxed. The vibes in this place are amazing.
The instructors and owners are friendly! Afrobeats and soca feteness classes are fun!
