I remember meeting the coach he was the best man you can get to know. coach Ali helped me 2 years ago started inspiring me to do boxing and I lost 40 pounds in my time training with them he is a great motivator and a great friend to all

So when I first started off at this gym I knew absolutely nothing about fitness, health, or even my personal limits. But, coming to this boxing gym has been a great experience teaching me what I can accomplish in such a short period of time. Thanks to coach he has been a great mentor, showing me that anything you want to accomplish you can do so if you’re consistent, eat right, and want it badly. If anyone wants to learn about true fitness, wanting to learn boxing techniques, or simply wanting to become fit this is your place. I recommend 10/10 to come here!
