Great business to work with. They were able to get my truck in ASAP. Excellent workmanship even put the easy pass transponder back on. Highly recommend.

My friend had to have a trucks window replaced. She was too nervous to drive the truck, I had to cancel due to a last minute change of plans, Bruce was amazing! He went with her to her house and drove the truck back for her! We went to pick it up the next day and had a wonderful conversation with him! He goes above and beyond for his customers and has a great attitude on top of it! He did have a good laugh over which one of us was driving the truck (we are both only 5ft tall lol). I drove the truck back, the window looks pristine. Great customer service, exceptional work and turn around time was amazing! Thanks Bruce, I will be recommending you for all glass services!

I had called them up on a Friday afternoon at about 4 to get a quote on my vehicle seeing as they don't close until 5 or 5:30 and I was told that they needed to call me back because there's somebody else on the line so I left them my name and number I waited and waited and waited and nobody called me back so now I have to sit around all weekend with no vehicle and wait for somebody to call me back on Monday if they're even going to call me back is this completely and utterly unacceptable service by any sort of business and this is the second time I've dealt with this company and had a bad. Experience using them. Experience using them. It is also the same vehicle that had been worked on the vehichle the last time it was replaced. I was also'mi told you that because I did not have a receipt from years and years and years ago if they would not hold up to their lifetime warranty that they advertise so much. Unacceptable service with employees that cant hold up to their word or their warranty.
