The food was fantastic. But what’s really special is the atmosphere and watching Chef Evan cook for you. It’s truly like a private dining experience. We really enjoyed our visit and will definitely be back. Highly recommend
The atmosphere is not what you’d expect from, what should be, a Michelin Chef, but that’s not why you go to Stages. You are seated at Evan’s kitchen to watch him create, and indulge in the his culinary creativity. Dover is lucky to have him and his vision! I will be returning, and look forward to his future culinary machinations!
Intimate, welcoming, creative and just plain delicious. Had a great dining experience and can't wait to go back.

Recently, my wife and I had a pleasant experience of having stages at one Washington takeout. Certainly not fast food we ordered the duck confit.We received the order outside of his restaurant because of the current covid situation. It was piping hot and as delicious as you could make it. What a great alternative to take out food we’ve unfortunately experienced elsewhere over the last few months. The price to value is exceptional
