Red Arrow Diner

Food is always great. The staff is super friendly. Plus they serve breakfast 24/7, so that alone gives them 5 stars! They make the best hash brown dishes around! Plus this local diner chain is a Presidential Candidate staple when they visit NH. Adam Sandler who is from New Hampshire has his own burger on the menu! The Red Arrow Diner is just a cool spot. I definitely recommend this place to anyone.

They cannot seem to be able to cook an over easy egg. It was great like 3 months ago.. Then it just changed. The food is good if they can cook it right for you;)

I love this place. Something not right, no problem. Not that they mess up a lot, but you can tell when they have a new cook. Bacon here is so so good.

Did a pick up order from here tonight and it was terrible. We ordered two eclairs to go as well, and they were unavailable and they couldn't refund it at the location for us. So we had the option of calling corporate headquarters and asking for the refund ourselves or taking an IOU for our next visit. My husband chose the IOU. Well once we got home, we found out they forgot half the stuff we ordered. So my husband had to go back for the rest of the meal. Meanwhile, the food we did have on hand was cold and soggy and some things weren't even correct or made properly to order. Once he got home after the second visit, the rest of the food was just as bad. We threw everything away. We spent about $75 and the online ordering system has an option to add a tip and we did. All for nothing. And we spent $10 on 2 eclairs we didn't even get and we won't ever use the IOU to get them because this was such a bad experience that we don't ever want to go back. Really bad first impression for us and we definitely don't see what the big deal about this place is. It wasn't even busy so we don't understand why there was so many mix ups. I understand that it may have been an off night but there really should be a way to refund at the location. Customers shouldn't have to call and ask for one ans go through that hassle.nnUPDATE 3/19/21nThe owners or someone contacted me on this review asking for me to email them so I did....about 3 weeks ago when they first responded. Still have yet to receive any email or response back or any refund for the items we never received.

Great menu - all the diner staples, then dozens of variants. The service is always friendly. Their anti-COVID prep and procedures are well-handled. Ideal off-the-highway dining, or a quick family meal.
