I own Accomplished Auto in Concord and first time using them for springs. For what I was doing, rear springs in a Toyota P/U they had what I needed at a reasonable price. Fitment was excellent and restored ride height nicely. Helpful staff as well. Definitely will be putting them on my call list anytime need springs.

Booked an appointment three weeks out to have my truck's fisher plow wiring harness looked at. I showed up early for my appointment. The building was locked up with a phone number on the door. Called the number listed on the door. When someone finally answered I was told he was going to send a guy outside, it would just be a few minutes. I waited another 25 minutes. Called a few more times and when I finally got through I was transferred to the service department, where again the phone just rang endlessly.nnGoing to have to figure something else out for this issue. I understand they are very busy, and covid is certainly not helping. So I will probably try them again in the future. Just disappointed I didn't get that 5 star experience I was expecting based on their high review ratings.

Had my XV2 plow lights upgraded to the new LED unit. Chris was great and went over everything in detail about the new lights once they were finished. Would highly recommend!
