Went here with my girlfriend and immediately felt the bad vibes from a young lady who was working on Jan 20th sometime in the afternoon. She asked me to put on a mask while others by the entrance weren’t wearing one. I simply asked her some questions after that and she raised her voice at me and said sorry sarcastically. Apparently I need to have my mask on when im drinking a cold beverage. If you’re not a democrat I HIGHLY recommend you do not support this establishment, go spend your money elsewhere. Don’t believe me? Just question her and feel the liberalism drip off her forehead! I would of have had better customer service if a rat was hired to mop the floors there! There’s no room for socialist sheep like that lady working there. Thats what a call a no escape situation!

I had so much fun for that being my FIRST escape room. And im glad that they offered to solve it so i wouldnt be wondering where we went wrong. I cant wait until im free to do another. Staff was so kind and willing to help out with hints if needed.

So much fun! The rooms are very detailed and well put together, it’s impressive. Would recommend!

So me and my family were doing stranded and the person we had was Gwen. She never showed us how the locks worked and she never paid attention to us when we needed help. We got stuck on an lock over over ten minutes because we couldn’t figure out how to restart it, because she never showed us! Then when she came in she couldn’t do it either and we said a lot of times that we needed help on how to restart it and she never did until the 10 minutes past. She was very rude with it and gave my cousin lots of attitude. It made the experience not so good. Also when we had 5 minutes left we were asking for help and she never helped us because she left and never told the new person where we were and that really sucked. Gwen was rude and unpleasant and I definitely won’t come back if she is working
