Nice shop. Bogus sales guy. Specifically stated, I need black laser printer that prints 3 pages per day. Guy tried to sell me on a $500 printer. I tried. Guess I'm forced to buy at Staples. Never again will I, or anyone I know buy from W.B. Mason.

Very nice people, but has a long way to go with follow through. Never received my order after 2.5 weeks of waiting and no response to my inquiries - from the main website or the local branch.

My wife and I each have small businesses and we both have accounts with WB. Our accounts are tiny, but the service we have received from WB is unparalleled. Dan Ford takes care of us like a million dollar client, though I doubt we spend $500/year. Whenever we call, the inside sales and customer service staff is equally helpful, efficient, and easy to deal with. A+++
