(From my wife) I was a little skeptical but as a first time mom I was open to learning anything that would help me have a positive birth experience. Kieran exceeded my husband's and my expectations with her Hypnobirthing class! We were able to take private classes which allowed us to learn in the comfort of our own home and on our time schedule. I can't say enough about how accommodating, caring and knowledgeable she was in order to aide in helping me try to have the birthing experience I wanted. I would definitely recommend her!

Kieran the instructor is sooo friendly, she immediately puts you at ease, and classes are comfortable and informative! If you want to practice Hypnobirthing in your labor, I think it's vitally important to attend a class, not just read the book. By attending classes you get to practice, and get gentle reminders to be putting the tools of Hypnobirthing into practice every day, which will make all the difference in the end. And honestly, practicing for the labor of my child by utilizing Hypnobirthing tools has helped me become more relaxed overall in every aspect of my life, which has been a HUGE bonus! Would highly recommend!!!!
