I have been getting my hair done for a couple of years here and have never had so many compliments! The staff is so friendly and welcoming, while also being professional. I’ve taken my hair from one end of the spectrum to the other and Danielle has always managed to make that happen all while keeping my hair healthy! Always look forward to my appointments!

As a platinum blonde, it’s tough to find a salon that can and will get my hair to the color I want without completely frying my hair. The stylists at Madd Hatter are not only professional (clean, polite, timely) but personal in their attempts to deliver what you are looking for. Daily I get compliments on the color and health of my hair! I highly recommend this salon!

The only reason I am giving a 1 is because 0 is not allowed. I’ve had my appointment booked for at least a week give or take a day. The stylist called the day before my appointment to ask about the colors I wanted ( I provided the receptionist with this info the day I made the appointment) she then asked for me to text her a pic of what I wanted. Then asked for a picture of my hair. To only respond by telling me they did not have the colors, she can order, have them there by the following Friday to then make the appointment. I think it’s very unprofessional to call a potential client the day before her appointment have her go through and send multiple pictures to then tell her you can’t. I think that call should have been the day after my appointment was scheduled so this could have been figured out before hand. She blamed Covid for not having the colors, however I was able to book another appointment at a different salon for the same day with the same colors.

Cheryl is a talented stylist; I give her free rein over what to do with my hair and I always leave feeling happy about what she did. She's upbeat, conversational and I have fun when I'm at the salon. She maintains a clean environment and is conscientious about the COVID situation.
