Incredible experience those seeking a more challenging style of yoga physically mentally, and spiritually. Seems like a pretty busy place so be sure to book a few days in advance! I will be back for sure!

I’ve never been to a hot yoga studio where the smell was so pungent!! Be aware! Other then that and the carpeting, cute studio and great instructors.

All I can say is.. YES YES YES! If you’re thinking about trying - just go for it! With their 30 days for $30, you can’t go wrong! All of the instructors are great! The space is great! All in all, a great experience!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE BYM! I have done Bikram at a few studios in NH and this one has been BY FAR the best atmosphere, the cleanest facility, and the most personable and kind instructors. The people who work here make an effort to get to know your name and things about you personally. The patrons are just as friendly and polite. The classes are never overly packed and no one is judged for being new or rusty. I tell everyone about how much this place rocks.nnI also just tried the Inferno Hot Pilates class, and WOW. It was intense and fun and I hope to see more classes offered on the schedule!

Bikram Yoga is a fascinating practice, and this studio is the best I’ve been to. The instructors here are so knowledgeable. Better yet, they care deeply about each student. I highly recommend this studio to anyone trying Bikram Yoga for the first time, and to the experienced yogi as well.
