Eastern has some of the most well-mannered, professional, and attentive team. By far the best experience I have had with a body shop. They kept me informed every step of the way and even completed the work before the estimated time!
All aspects of dealing with Eastern Auto Body were pleasant. From getting an estimate to scheduling a time to dropping the car off and picking up the rental to pickup were outstanding. They even cleaned it before returning it to me, a much appreciated surprise- now it looks like new! They stayed exactly on budget, kept me informed of progress, and even finished sooner than expected. Definitely going back next time I need work done.
I had a flat tire - Town Fair Tire could not get tire for 5 days. Couldn't drive on tire, so called Eastern for a tow to Carson City Tire. Matt arrived in a short amount of time, was professional, courteous and knew what he was doing. I would highly recommend Eastern Auto Body for towing and will use them again if I need a tow!
I have been fortunate enough not to need bodywork very frequently, but Eastern has topped everyone I've ever used in the past. Guy Flori was helpful, kept me up to date at every step.
