Bob- he's the best to help you with your car when you need it. Had a stalled car and was also locked at the same time. He opened it and also changed the battery because battery was dead. He did an excellent job and also checked if the alternator was working perfectly. Great service !! Bob, the tow truck driver is awesome, he is a pro at towing lowered vehicles !!
My car battery died and I was stuck. Called CESAR'S MANCHESTER TOWINGS 24/7 and they came really fast to help me. The tow truck driver even gave me good advice on finding a battery for cheap. She was professional and curteous. Great customer service.
This post is about 2 weeks late but I made sure I got on here to post about Sandy. This guy is GREAT!!! The world needs more people like Sandy. I called Moe for a tow and not only did he show up in minutes but he also helped me save $120 in repairs by identifying the real problem and fixed it for me!! He took the same precautions getting the vehicle off the flatbed and into my driveway. Would definitely use them again.
CESAR'S MANCHESTER TOWINGS 24/7 was great and very prompt. He took my car to an auto mechanic then took me home. Service was super friendly and professional. Hopefully I'll never need roadside assistance again, but if I do, I'll be sure to use them.
