I have purchased vehicles from many types of dealers small and large. IRA Toyota of Manchester has been by far the best and least stressful experience by far. My experience overall was very good. I did not like the show room because the radio was way too loud. I prefer a business atmosphere as opposed to a party atmosphere. The salesman I had could not get it turned down. I HAD TO SPEAK LOUDLY JUST TO TALK TO SOMEONE ACROSS A DESK! I have brought my car in there for service for six years and this is a continued problem.
