Luke is absolutely incredible! Luke was polite, professional, and had knowledge of the vehicles in the lot. He was patient, and kind while I found a vehicle that best suited me. Luke took his time explaining the vehicle and all of the features, to ensure I would have a good understanding of the vehicle that I ended up purchasing. If you are going to AutoFair Hyundai in Manchester, Luke is the man to talk to! I could not have made this decision without Luke’s patience and professionalism.

To be completely honest I stopped by today for the absolute s**** and giggles just to run some numbers and get a better idea on my financial options not intending on buying a vehicle today at all. And then next thing I know they're giving me top dollar for my trade-in and doing everything they can to meet my financial expectations to make the deal happen. And on top of that it only took 4 hours, which for me is great considering in the past I have spent literally entire days at car dealerships trying to make a deal. And here at this place I was greeted immediately had no expectation on buying a vehicle at all and was all done leaving the parking lot in a brand new car in time for lunch.

I can't say enough about this team! Tony took care of me and listened to what I was looking for and what I could afford. He was so friendly and funny!! He treated me like he had know me for years and he DEFINITELY had my best interest in mind...they all did! I am so happy with my SUV and actually told 2 people yesterday to go there that were looking for a car. I will forever be a customer of theirs! My parents have bought 2 cars from Doug in the past few years as well. Thanks guys!!!!

This was the third location that I had been to today. I honestly hadn't expected to nor did I intend to make any decisions about a vehicle at all. I planned to test drive a few different models and get a feel for the options available to me. Luke was easy to work with and he was eager to find the best deal for my budget. My daughter accompanied me and was very pleased with our experience. When the time comes and she is in the market for something new, she has hopes to have the opportunity to work with Luke as well.

I went in for an inspection and also had the transfer case and differential fluids replaced. They took good care of my vehicle. They listened to what I wanted. It was done sooner than expected and less expensive that the estimate. The Autofair Hyundai Service Team are excellent!
