I have only great things to say about my experience with Mitchell and the rest of the staff here today (which is great, considering the preconceived ideas of salesman that made me really nervous).nnMitchell worked REALLY hard on my behalf and def came through for me! (Thank you!). And the rest of the staff that I met while I was there, were super friendly and welcoming.nnIt was definitely a fun, comfortable experience. And the vehicle was surprisingly affordable. I am honestly really impressed and grateful. I will be putting out a good word whenever someone is in the market for a new car. They def changed my perception of the car-buying experience.
I've now had two fantastic experiences purchasing vehicles from Mitch Warden (Customer Experience Manager). He obviously cares that I feel good about the purchase and has a long-term orientation to the relationship. Everything feels honest and transparent, and both vehicles have been great deals (well taken care of, clean, solid warranties).
Prices are great. I came down from Maine because a friend gave me a recommendation.nIt was the end of the day and they made sure I was taken care of. Process was fairly simple and straightforward. Please note: Cash is NOT accepted as payment, the east fix was to get a money order because the banks were already closed when I got there. They even gave my car a rinse before I left. Would definitely recommend them :)
