I upgraded my lease 3 months early in the comfort of my own home. I went to the gym, cared for my daughter and went about my day while Doug took care of everything. All i did was stop in to quickly sign papers and swap keys ud83dude01Doug is a very attentive, smart, genuine and an upfront gentleman. He listened to my needs and delivered. Went to Quirk Kia tonight with my wife and drove away in a new Kia Forte. Jaime was upfront, honest, and professional. Recently my husband and I leased a Kia 2022 Carnival, we trade in with our last car and our experience with the Manager Jamie Garaufis was the best of any customer could ask for, very efficient, friendly, attentive and honest in every move, He was not pushing the car on us, he explain the benefits but also understand our needs, giving us time to think about.nnWe test drive on Sunday and have the rest of the Sunday to think about it and make our decision on Monday.nnMonday we decide that we are going to take the car and on Tuesday he left everything ready for us, we arrived 3pm signs the paper and last than 30 minutes everything was ready.nnI cannot thank him enough for being so nice with us, totally recommend Quirk, we working with them in the last 4 years and every time I went there is always a amazing experience.

Quirk Kia of Manchester is very professional and helped me get exactly what I was looking for. Doug was very attentive and easy to work with he made the process feel comfortable, not rushed, worked with me to get the payment I was looking for, and also gave me a generous offer on my trade in.
