Merrimack Street Volvo Cars

Thank you to Merrimack Street Volvo for all they did to accommodate me with purchasing my new Volvo XC60. They walked me through every step and even delivered the vehicle to my home 3 hours away. Alex and Corey were both amazing to work with. This was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone.

Last week we purchased our 3rd car from Alex and Merrimack St Volvo in the past 2 years. Each time has been incredibly easy, seamless, and no pressure. Buying cars used to be a stressful experience, but it is very enjoyable here. This last car was a replacement due to an accident and they went above and beyond finding me exactly what I wanted and fast! We cannot say enough good things about Merrimack St Volvo and will only purchase cars here going forward.

My husband and I just left Merrimack street volvo and I must say we are very disappointed. First of all when step out our car their was a sales person that was showing another car and looked right us and didn't speak and then we were approached by a older gentleman who asked if he could help us with anything and i stated I had spoken to a person in the beginning of the week but I couldn't recall the name but I knew the 2 cars I wanted to see. We gave him the model and walked us over. (No small talk, no type of conversation whatsoever) he told us which one was certified and how much it would cost to have the other one certified which that price was so much different than what the manager quoted me this week. My husband asked about the car that was certified which only had a year left which we had never heard of that and we have been looking for a volvo for over a year now. This gentleman never asked us if we wanted to see the inside or take it for a test drive. Now you never know who a person is and clearly this salesperson didn't see us as a potential sale and so he gave no effort. So let's start off with WE have served in the military HONORABLY! I the wife have a successful business and podcast and I have Radio show. My husband has been in the papers for stopping cyber crimes. We have traveled all over the world and I must say that unfortunately this is not the first time we have been treated in this manner. I would suggest that employees have some type of training on culture and diversity and how to treat all customers like that are millions.

Buying my third volvo could not have been easier. Everyone at Merrimack was wonderful to work with and Alex went out of his way to be helpful and responsive to every question. I wouldn't hesitate to send anyone their way!

Going to a dealership has always been a nightmare for me, I won't get into my horror stories... but Alex made the the process easy and flawless. After buying from Alex I will never go anywhere else again.
