It was great I Love American Airlines fo r travel

I have never flown with a more dysfunctional airline before. The departure flight was delayed 3x and then finally canceled. The new flight delayed 2x. My husband missed a very important work event due to the whole fiasco. The flight home was just as crazy. They had us running all over the airport by changing our departure gate 4x in 15 min. They were also putting their flight crew on every single overbooked flight and looking to bump passengers. My family will never fly with AA again.

We got vouchers from a trip this winter tried to get reservations by phone all though very helpful could not get them done. Went to Manchester airport in nh met Ann at the ticket counter and she took care of everything. Great experience at the airport !!!

This is the worst airline. I will never fly American again even if means longer travel time and more layovers. The customer service is nonexistent and the staff believe it is perfectly acceptable to treat their customers rudely and demeaningly. I should have flown Southwest.

Rude. Rude employees. Lazy flight attendants. Mechanical issues. Terrible customer service. Avoid this airline. Stuck over night in philly and was lied to before we left Maine about making the connection. Express frustration and customer service refused to help. They cause the problem and refuse to fix it.
