Pizza Hut

A lot of the employees have bad attitudes. Pizza is so sloppy made. Twice now I've ordered delivery and it got changed to carry out and still charged me for delivery fee and tip. Then I have to go pick it up and they wanna argue and then tell me I see where it charged you. They could have handled this a lot better by having a driver drop my pizza off since it was a mistake on their end but instead tell me they will have to charge me a delivery charge, when I was already charged one! Once I ordered stuffed crust and instead of telling me they ran out they put pounds and pounds of cheese on my pizza. I always order extra mushrooms and they put one or two on each slice. And yes I've been in their shoes when I worked for dominos but we made our pizzas well and put lots of effort in it. At least when you make a mistake, handle it with Integrity and don't argue with customers when you are wrong. Won't be ordering again.

It was the worst place ever.!!!!! There was a gentleman in there who had pre ordered his meal for a set time. He got there and still had to wait quite awhile. 5 min to get seated no one was in this place. 10 min to get order taken. 35 min to get 1 pizza. Some one else walked in after us the poor boy was on his dinner break from work i hope he got back in time. Then on top of all that no one ever came to check on us. Had to physically go get some one to get the bill that was after waiting 15 min. The food wad horrible undercooked. Never again 1 star because it does not go any lower

After 3 hours of waiting and still did not have our pizza we called and got our money back. Would definitely never use delivery there ever again. And question if we would order again.

When you order a sandwich on the Android app or online, if you choose fries as your side, it is supposed to include a ketchup packet. Most of the time this ketchup is forgotten. Fries without ketchup? Bland. Boring. Also, a plastic fork should be included with the salads. Other than that, great service, and good food.
