We are so grateful for the professional service and care we received at Sauder’s. We stayed the night at a hotel in town on our travels west and woke up to a van that wouldn’t start. We called first thing when they opened and received immediate and friendly help with our issue. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and get the job done quickly. It is a stressful thing having car trouble in the winter time far from home, but they made easy and treated us with fairness and compassion. We highly recommend Sauder’s to anyone from out of town (or in town)!

Just good honest people. Always a fear of getting taken advantage of when you don't have a complete understanding of cars. They were up front and honest about my services and when I said I needed my breaks done they called to let me know that I actually didn't and my pads were fine. Saving me a good chunk of money. Will be taking my car here for all services as long as I live in sidney

Our truck broke down on I-80 and we were towed to Sauder's Automotive. Chris was able to immediately identify the issue, track down the part we needed from Denver, have it shipped and fixed all in one+ business day. We are so thankful for their expertise, quality service/repair and all done in a timely manner. Thank you Chris and team! I would highly recommend the Saunder's Automotive team to anyone in need of a mechanic in the Sindey area.

Chris was a total lifesaver! I was traveling from NC to Idaho and just happened to pull into this exit to get gas. I’m new to pulling a travel trailer so I was already pretty stressed out. When I pulled off the exit, my camper tires were screeching. Someone had tampered with the emergency cable and it had fried my electronic brakes. I was stranded with a child and two dogs at a truck stop. Chris came to where we were, told me what was wrong, allowed me to park at the shop, and overnighted the parts for me. He had us back on the road the next day. Road side assistance never even showed up so I’m so very grateful for him and this business! He truly saved us. I could tell they were extremely busy as well and he helped out with nothing but politeness and compassion. Great place and great manager! A+++
