First, it took me calling 3 times to even get an appointment set up, once I got the appointment they came out very promptly and the electricians were super friendly and great to work with however they left behind a mess and we paid to have 4 smoke detectors hardwired and connected to each other so if one goes off they all go off. The smoke detectors are not connected at ALL and when talking with the state fire marshal they didn’t pull the electrical permit that they are required to. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!! I understand mistakes happen but the entire process has been a terrible experience.
