Do not expect to get any of your deposit back, no matter how you leave it. He will advertise you will get a majority of your deposit back as long as you don’t “demolish” the place, don’t believe it. We paid $1000 deposit and by no means demolished it, the paint touch ups/damages could have been fixed in a day but somehow took a whole week of work. Also, get used to loud train noises every 30 minutes which shakes the entire apartment and gunshots at least weekly. Save yourself the headache and rent with talon or sterling. Not worth it
