This is for the service department. Just had my 2013 Chevy equinox in for timing chains. Brandon was knowledgeable about it from the start and gave some recommendations on what to do. I brought it in and they gave me a loaner since I had to travel the next day. They fixed the problem but didn’t just add parts on to make a sale. They were honest and told me what did and didn’t need replaced. They kept it an extra day just to make sure the problem was solved. They were price friendly and quick. Also very personable. They felt like going to a mom and pop shop but with the luxury of being a dealership. Definitely would recommend calling them for any problems you have. They definitely will have my business.

The guy in the parts section didn’t acknowledge that we were standing at the counter and kept typing on the computer. He then left the counter without saying anything. A lady came up and asked if we’d been helped, when we said we hadn’t she told us the man would be back soon so we kept waiting. There were three men in the office by the parts counter that never acknowledged us while we were waiting to be helped. The man that did help us didn’t ask if we needed anything else without asking for the payment, so you guys lost business over it because we were going to see if your mechanics could put the mirror on, but after our experience at the counter we decided we’d do it ourselves. Overall, customer service was terrible.

We were enroute from Milwaukee Wisconsin to glenwood springs Colorado and the power steering on my gmc ironically blew up as I was facing your Ford dealership, we drove up and Brandon the manager and a couple other service personnel were in the service drive, and immediately took my vehicle back to diagnose and get the parts I needed to get back on the road before this day ends! Unbelievable service, especially being from out of town and not having a Ford.
