Was looking for a diesel pickup and found a real nice dodge 3500 6.7 cummins there. They had all the records of everything that had been done to it since the day it was bought which was super nice. Let me test drive it and everything which was good. Price of the pickup was a real good price. Had them do the winter special protection package on the pickup and an undercoating and it looked great. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice diesel pickup that hasn’t been beat on and that is in great condition.

I scheduled my truck for a warranty repair on the sunroof and an oil change. I was told I could bring it in while on my business trip and if they had time that week they would get it done. I dropped my truck off Sunday night before leaving the following morning at 6AM. I got a call Monday morning asking why my truck was at the shop when my appointment wasn't until the following week. I mentioned why it was dropped off and everything was fine. I got a call a day or so later to tell me to come pick up my vehicle. I was still gone on my trip.nI got back from the trip and went to pick up my truck. The sunroof works fine. There is a ton of blue grease all over every moving part now however.nI asked what I owed for the oil change. Oh, uh...yeah, there is nothing here about an oil change.nI was not surprised as this service center has repeatedly overlooked things. They are not very personable and frankly a bit condescending. I told him I would take care of it.nI am really ready to get rid of this truck just so I don't have to deal with them. This vehicle has been in 3 times for warranty work and I've only owned it for 18 months. The last time it was in they had it almost 2 months for cam phasers. Prior to that there was a hole in the valve cover.nSeems like every time I turn around something else is falling apart yet I dread even calling their shop.nnThis was awhile ago....and also this was back when the cam phasers went out the FIRST time. It happened again....before my warranty was even up...thankfully!! The sunroof also broke again....not under warranty this time and I had to pay $1300 to get it fixed. NOT THRILLED!!!nnAs soon as everything was fixed I traded it in for a 2020 Dodge Laramie.nCOULD NOT BE HAPPIER!!!
