I’d give a zero star review if I could. My friend is getting married in two days and they lost 3 of the tuxes including the grooms. Absolutely zero reliability. Do not go here!!!!nnEdit: wedding day came and went and still NO TUXES!! They were married in suits and one of the groomsmen’s suit didn’t match the rest.nnLiterally so disappointed in this place.... their suits were ordered in August. Absolutely no reason they couldn’t have them in 6 months later.

Incredibly expensive rentals and be cautious of late fees.nnI rented a vest and tie for a Saturday wedding out of town and returned the piece on Monday morning ($62+ tax). I didn’t catch that return date said Sunday on ticket and was charged a late fee of $20. I understand missing a date and having to pay a late fee, but the day after when the wedding is out of town is unachievable. $82+ for a vest/ tie rental is ridiculous!nnWe will not be shopping or renting from here in the future.

This store is very nice to have at the top of the hill. I really hate going down the hill and find parking. I only wish they offered the same clothing and deals as online. Same company but different deals. Many nice suits online that they only carry the pants or jacket to and didn't know they were suits when I told them. It is unfortunate that management won't offer the same clothing and deals in store. I suspect it would double business. Other than that, everyone is very nice and knowledgeable and again the location convenience is a plus as Duluth Minnesota has only a couple other options for professional wear. Put me in charge of marketing and inventory here and I'll show you what real volume of business can be up here.

I understand that I can't get my suits for a wedding in two years but the lady really didn't want to listen to what I had to say. I came in with my color ideas and she was trying to change my idea. Felt very uncomfortable asking question because she seemed like she didn't want to hear what I had to say. I was just trying to get ideas for the wedding. Displeased with the service.
