What amazing customer service. Online purchase and last minute request for a delivery. Plum owner and staff went above and beyond with a personal touch. Terrific communication even when I gave a wrong address for delivery they still made it happen. This is what small local business is all about. Can't wait to visit the store in person.

Plum is my favorite boutique on Bainbridge Island. I lost one of my favorite earrings and so re-ordered a pair and they were similar, but larger. I was happy, but there were two surprises in the package. Knowing they were no longer carrying the smaller ones I had, they include yet another pair to make sure I was happy and a beautiful heart soap. Great customer caring! And they shipped very quickly. A great day trip to Bainbridge always includes Plum, the art gallery and great restaurants, plus more!

Friendly and helpful staff, with a lot of unique gifts: books (meaningful and inspirational), candles, air plants - all just slightly elevated. Support local and venture in.

My favorite shop on Bainbridge Island. Great collection of fun, classy, and aesthetically pleasing gifts. From books to plants to clothes to jewelry to lots of other really cool stuff. My wife and I have bought each other a variety of great birthday and Christmas gifts here over the years. I love stopping by periodically just to see what kinds of fun new items they have and to enjoy the great vibe!
