Will never go back there, they sold us a 2010 Chevy Malibu about a couple months ago that was way over priced considering the drivers side seat-belt buckle didn’t work when my girlfriend drove it off their lot, the windshield was cracked, tires were shot, and the vehicle had no dim lights. My girlfriend drove it off the lot for $5000 dollars, she unfortunately had no idea what she was getting. Most dealerships when selling cars will at least put a decent set of tires on a vehicle before trying to sell and replace a cracked windshield. Obviously their sales team doesn’t care about their jobs and their mechanics have no idea how to do simple things.

The guy is always rude and acts if he don't want or need my business. And no knowledge of the vehicles he has in the parking lot. They DON'T do inspections.

I bought a car from them on March 16 with less than 90,000 miles on it. Took it for a test drive a few days before and it seemed fine. Drove it off the lot on the 16th and got 3 miles down the road and the check engine light came on. If anyone knows about check engine lights, they can be cleared easily to make it look like nothing is wrong. I had to go back to work so I couldn't take it back. Took it to a shop and they scanned it the next day and it brought up a code that would cost me about $600 to fix. Before I took it to the shop, we checked the oil and it was 3 quarts low and still with that part fixed, it's burning oil and I have to keep putting oil in it before I can drive it!!!! ud83dude20 We called Galvaneks and spoke with the salesman and asked if they service their vehicles there and he told us no! We did our reseeach and you cannot legally sell a vehicle if you don't service it. When speaking to the salesman we told him we wanted the owners to call us but he apparently never got them the message so we called again. The lady that answered took down our info and still have no heard anything. You can't message these people on this page so I messaged the other location and they said they would pass on the message. Still have not heard anything from them as of today. Found out my car needs a whole new motor!! They are ripping people off just to make a sale!! I, for one, cannot afford another vehicle and was in a situation where I needed one ASAP so I bought it. Yes, I realize businesses are closed but with me getting ahold of someone that could contact the owners with my contact information, they could easily call me and make it right! DO NOT go to Galvaneks!!!!
