Very limited menu for lunch very disappointed. Staff unorganized and not pleasant I ordered to go Bacon Burger with cheese add avocado and fries. The bun was cold. The burger was cooked perfectly and was good. The french fries was perfectly season hot and crispy. I could not eat it all. I saved the rest for dinner.
Worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. After signing in I asked if I need to wait to be seated. I was huffed at and told to sit anywhere. There was a couple tables open on the outside edge. I could see they were busy. After 25 minutes I asked if we needed to order on line as wait staff did not come near us. We were told to wait a minute, we will get to you. Other customers thanked me for asking, as they were unsure also after such a wait.nAfter 40 minutes 2 men come in and sit down and the waitrss waits on them.nI lost my cool and asked loudly why this row hadn't been waited on. She said that area was closed. I asked why we weren't informed. She said they just closed it.nAfter leaving and having a nice meal somewhere else. I saw her close the area and block it. This was an hour later.nI am very understanding of wait staff, but never have I and several others at the airport been treated so rudly.
Great Airport bar! Great service, selection is limited, but it's in an airport.
All I did was ask if they were open for takeout and the person was so rude “ oh, honey, no”, with attitude. A simple, “no we’re not” would have sufficed. She probably had a long day working but I had a long day traveling.
Food was amazing. Got out fast and it was filling. Erika was awesome. She remembered me from Thursday. Such an awesome bartender. Huge shout out to her. I didn't get the managers name but from the lack of enthusiasm from the hostess he definitely picked up the weight and delivered high customer service with a fast paced cleaning skills to sit customers. Way to go everyone but the hostess.
