Many customers in this area were very disappointed that this location in the A Concourse was closed. It was 11:30!am! Why not open?? So I had to stand in the Subway line next door, and there were 20 people in front of me! Many of those customers would definitely have been in the Popeye's line if it had been open! I It's all the way from the B-gates on the other side of the airport just to go to that Popeyes, and then I found out they were closed. They are supposedly supposed to open at 12, it didn't look like there was any movement in there.....but maybe they did get open right at 12pm.
Good, quick place to stop for a bite to eat. Kids wanted some chicken tenders. The food was fresh and hot.
Staff was rude and acted annoyed with any questions I had. Order Kiosks not workingnnFood was pretty average. Ordered spicy.. been awhile since I've had popeyes.. wasn't spicy. Their Blackwned ranch is pretty ud83dudd25
They were having issues with computers, I placed order, paid with card, it said approved. A few mins later they said you need to do your order again because it didn't print out an order ticket. I said i didn't want to be charged twice. They said i wouldn't be. Well I was charged Twice & didn't get exactly what i ordered.
I would have given a negative if possible. Extremely poor service!!! One person with an attitude giving out the orders. She ignored customers and then mentioned she would get to the register when she was ready.nWorked on one meal at a time and if she needed something like warm fry’s she would ignore the ten waiting until she got the fry’s.nMore training is required or a firing for being completely incompetent with and attitude!nNEVER AGAIN!!!!!
